Bi-State School of Ministry
What is the Bi-State School of Ministry?

The Bi-State School of Ministry is a partnership between Bowie Baptist Association and Gateway Seminary of the Southern Baptist Convention (formerly Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary) to provide affordable, local, and personal ministry training to persons in Northeast Texas and Southwest Arkansas. With faculty drawn from proven, effective ministry leaders, our goal is to strengthen current leadership and to “deepen the bench” of future leaders, that each area congregation might thrive.
